Greetham Gathering, 18/05/2023-21/09/2023
The Greetham Gathering is an informal meeting of owners and enthusiasts with interests of classic and vintage motorcycles, cars and other classic vehicles. It is held once a month on the third Thursday of May, June, July, August and September, in the grounds of Greetham Community Centre. The event is open from about 5:00pm until dusk.

IMPORTANT INFORMATION: Unfortunately the 1st Gathering of the year falls 2 days after major roadworks commence in the centre of Greetham. The means big holes in the road and steel railings to protect anyone falling or driving into them. The impact is that some roads will be closed and so access will be constrained. We have been in touch with Rutland Council and the situation is this:
If you are approaching Greetham from the A1, then you will probably not be affected by the roadworks. You can enter Greetham on Main Street and turn right onto Great Lane and up to the Community Centre.
If you are approaching Greetham from Oakham, you will have to take a diversion starting at Cottesmore as you enter the village. You will not actually enter the centre of Cottesmore. This diversion route is then to Market Overton, Thistleton and back to Greetham where you will pick up the route from the A1. We plan to put in diversion boards to help you find your way.
Leaving the Gathering will be as normal – out using the single track gated road heading north from the Community Centre.
